Q:  What is your return policy?
A:  You may return an item to within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. In order to receive credit for a return, the items must meet the following qualifications:
  • Be in it's original packaging
  • May not be used or worn
  • Be in a resellable condition (in the state you received them) 
  • Not contain any marks or names on the inside covers, stains, highlighting, bent bindings or corners
  • Contain all original tags
  • Not contain any personalization (including embroidery, screen printing or engraving
If it is in new condition, we will refund to you the cost of the item promptly.

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Any item that may be deemed to have a manufacturer's defect may be returned to us for a replacement, however we must be notified within 30 days of the receipt of your product. After this time frame, please consult the manufacturer's warranty for replacement.

Unfortunately due to personalization, any items that are embroidered (name, initials or logos), screen printed, or engraved on your order will not be returnable. 

If a pomo code was redeemed on the order and the returned items cause the order to no longer qualify for the promotion, the value of the promotional item or discount will be deducted from the eligible refund amount. Applicable promos include, but are not limited to, free items, free shipping, dollar amount discounts, and percentage discounts. For example, if a promo code was redeemed on an order for ''Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more,'' and all or some of the items are returned causing the order subtotal to fall below $75, the value of the free shipping will be deducted from the eligible refund.

For packages that are rejected by the recipient or sent back to marked as 'Return to Sender,' the return shipping fee will be deducted from the eligible refund amount. will refund the cost of your original shipping only if the reason for the return is due to an error caused by us.

Q:  How do I return my item(s)?
A:  When making a return, please make sure that you package the items securely in a box by using packing material or Styrofoam peanuts. Refrain from using newspaper due to the fact that the ink may rub off onto the items during transit.

You must make sure that a copy of the original invoice is included with the return. If a copy is not included you will not be eligible for any refund. If you no longer have the invoice, log on to, log on to your personal account, go to "order history" and print out your invoice. Once the invoice has been printed, circle or highlight the book(s) that you are returning and include this document in the return shipment.

Please be aware that we cannot credit the appropriate account if we are not able to identify your original order. In addition, we strongly recommend that you send your return through a shipping method that enables tracking, such as FedEx, USPS certified mail, USPS priority mail or UPS. If we do not have record of receiving your return and you cannot trace your return, we will not be able to refund you your money.

Q:  When can I expect a refund for my return?
A:  We will refund all eligible returns promptly after receiving your return. All refunds are posted to your original form of payment. When your credit shows depends upon your financial institution but on average, you should see your credit in 2 - 3 business weeks.

Q:  Do you offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" on rentals?
A:  Yes, if you're not satisfied in any way with the book you receive or it turns out you don't need it, just return the book within 15 days.

We will provide a full refund on the item minus the cost of return shipping.  The delivery shipping fee cannot be refunded.  The 15 day refund qualifying period begins the day the order was delivered.  The delivery date can be found within the original order in your "My Account" page. 

You can print a return label from your "My Accounts" page.  Please remember to include a copy of your invoice with each return, this can also be printed from your "My Accounts" page.
