What kind of shipping service do you offer? |

Once your order has been fulfilled and leaves our warehouse, it will arrive according to the shipping method you choose.
* Ground - three to five business days after shipping
* 2nd Day Air - two to three business days after shipping
* Next Day Air - one business day after shipping
* USPS Priority Mail - three to five days after shipping (non-guaranteed) |

When will my book(s) be shipped? |

Your books will be shipped within one business day of when you place your order. All orders that are placed on Saturday, Sunday or any holiday will be shipped on the next business day. For example, an order placed before noon Eastern Time on Tuesday via 2nd Day Air will be shipped on that day and arrive on Thursday. If you choose Ground shipping and place the order before noon Eastern Time on Tuesday the order will ship the same day; and if the order is placed after noon Eastern Time the order will ship on Wednesday. |

What are your shipping rates? |

We offer a progressive and competitive shipping rate structure to ensure that you pay the appropriate amount for the size of your order. We charge according to the following rates:
* Ground - $6.00 + $1.50/product of your total order amount.
* 2nd Day Air - $12.00 + $5.00 of your total order amount.
* Next Day Air - $12.00 + $8.00 of your total order amount.
* USPS Priority Mail - $6.75 + $1.85 of your total order amount.
* Please note that there is an additional $3.00 surcharge for orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. These orders can only be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. |

How are backorders shipped? |

Backorders will be shipped based on the shipment method in the original order. You are not charged any additional shipping fees for books that are backordered from your original shipment. |

What are your International Shipping Rates?

Our International Shipping rates are calculated based on the total value of your order. Please keep in mind that this rate will not include customs clearance, duties or taxes. You will be responsible for the clearance of the package.
